Request for Return Authorization

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE (RAC) is required for all returns. Packages that are returned without a RAC code on the mailing label will be returned to sender.

A RAC is not an authorization for a refund but simply a tracking method. Please review our return policy prior to submitting request.
