We bought two platinum wedding bands from Diamond Design co. Not only did they have much more choice than the majority of the jewelers in our area, they were roughly 50% cheaper. We were a little worried about buying something so expensive and important online without being able to try them on, but their return policy is very good. Fortunately, the rings fit perfectly and they look beautiful. They were shipped within 5 days of ordering and we recieved them shortly after. They arrived in nice presentation boxes with full documentation and appraisals for insurance purposes. We were very pleased with Diamond Design Co. and would use them again in the future. |

This round and baugette diamond eternity band is so beautifully unique. Such an exquisite way to commemorate ten years. It will be treasured for many, many years to come. Beautiful color and quality; just an incredible value. We had a terrible experience with another on-line jewelry merchant and I ended up sending the low-quality, poorly crafted ring back. After promising a certain delivery date, this other company shipped the ring two weeks late, missing our anniversary. When the ring finally arrived, it came with absolutely no paperwork and one of the diamond was actually cracked! I had just about given up when I came across John and Jacquelines site. I received FABULOUS QUALITY in my diamond earrings, UNLIKE the cheap earrings of Blue Nile, or some of the other larger companies that sell diamonds on the net. | I recently bought a 3.0 ct. Diamond Tennis Bracelet. It came with free overnight shipping and the bracelet was very well packaged in a wooded case, which was then wrapped in foam and further wrapped in cardboard. Very meticulously. While his price was not the lowest, I did have the confidence that quality of the bracelet was the quality he represented it to be - a local jeweler looked at the bracelet and found it to be of very good quality. What I liked the best was his customer service and friendliness. We spoke on the phone regarding my concern on the price and quality and he was able to ally both concerns to my satisfaction. His return policy seemed very reasonable - even though I had no need for it, I did discuss it with him on the phone.
