Frequently Asked Questions - Custom Design

1. How much does it cost?

We offer custom design services beginning at $150; depending on the complexity of your piece. The service charge is then applied to your final price as a deposit. If you decide not to purchase your piece the service charge is non-refundable.

To begin the manufacturing process we require a 1/3 deposit, after casting 1/3 payment, and final payment upon completion.

2. How many changes can I make?

You can make as many changes as you like during the CAD design process and prior to the wax creation. Changes later in the process can result in additional labor fees.

3. How long does it take?

This is really dependent on the complexity of the piece, deisgn changes, time of year, etc. Normally 7 - 10 business days from completion of design is adequate time.

4. Do you offer financing?

We do not offer financing at this time. We do offer layaway and payment plans that can be customized to meet your needs. Payment plans do not include any finance charges.

5. What is your return policy on custom designs?

Custom designs are fully refundable, less any custom design fees.

6. What is your exchange policy on custom designs?

As a manufacturer, we do not maintain inventory, thus we do not offer exchanges. We do however work closely with our clients for upgrades. Market conditions are a key factor and each situation is assessed individually.
